A farewell, at least for now

I really did not feel like blogging lately. I came back from my vacation about five days ago, and while I did stumble across some interesting news, not to mention thinking about revisiting a few ideas from before like that Thor article... I really did not feel like blogging lately. Feeling like shite will do that to you, I guess.

Which is not to say that I like to act like a spoiled brat, I'm hardly the first/last person to ever join the army in this country, but the whole issue is rather more complicated and more personal than I'd feel like sharing in a public place such as this blog.

Ah, but I'm ranting, the kind of personal, angsty, rant I always wanted to avoid when I started Tales of the Bored. So I'll stop here. I'm not sure when my next post will be, and what its subject is going to be. Probably some angry rant about the terrible condition of the Greek army, I doubt I'll have the frame of reference needed for anything else. Also, given the fact that I won't have access to a PC for a good while yet, it's really hard to say when I'll be blogging again.

So a farewell is in order, to anyone (?) still reading this blog. Hopefully, after this whole malarkey is over, I'll have a renewed interest in this blog when I come back. In the meantime, and as always, remember to smile, ya bastards.

TL;DR version:

George is acting like an emo kid. Laf.

The army still sucks, though.
